Graduation Photography

We do not provide any printed photos. We do provide personal licenses and a special copy of your grad photos that allow for printing. We recommend using Miller’s Lab or Mpix for photo prints as they provide the truest to color photos. Stores like CVS, Walgreens or Walmart do not provide color accurate photo prints.

Headshots are a popular add-on to grad sessions. If you choose to add-on a headshot to your grad session, we will shoot your headshot without grad regalia using standard headshot framing from the chest up. A headshot can be added at any time including during the session. Please ask.

NOTE: Headshots cannot be added on to the Mini and Studio sessions.

Yes I can provide a cap and gown for a small rental fee (see above). This allows us to shoot almost any time of the year. Please ask during sign up.

NOTE: I currently have a UF undergraduate style of cap and gown to rent.

The base time for an Individual Grad Session is up to 60 minutes. Accounting for wait times at and travel between locations, we are normally able to get two locations within the 60-minute session time. During peak grad season, there will be long wait times at each location.

If you would like to shoot more locations, we can always add an additional 30 minutes (one additional location) or 60 minutes (two additional locations) block of time to the session (see Add-ons for pricing).

Most UF grads choose from the following: Inside the football stadium, Gator Walk, Bull Gator statues, Murphree Courtyard/Mucozo Tunnel, Plaza of the Americas, UF Arch, or in front of their college.

Starting August 2025, all packages now include a set amount of edited photos. There is an option to purchase additional edited photos at $5 per photo. No unedited photos will be provided. If you want more of the photos, please select them during the selection process.

A link to an online gallery of unedited photos will be emailed 48 hours after the session to allow for selections. Once selections are finalized, photos will be provided in 7 days.

For the Studio Grad Portrait, you will get two photos of your choosing. You will make those choices during the session.

Grad photos from all sessions are delivered seven (7) days from when you finalized your selections. The sooner you make selections, the sooner you can receive your photos.

The exception is that Studio Portrait Grad sessions are provided two (2) days following the session date.

If you would like them sooner, please ask for the rush processing add-on. We will discuss delivery options.

For Mini, Individual and Group grad sessions, you can include family and friends who are not also graduating. So bring the whole fam and all your friends. Just note that you are responsible for coordinating their arrival and travel between locations.

For studio portrait grad sessions, we are not able to accommodate additional persons in the photos.

Payment is due in full on the day of your session. We don’t require deposits but you are welcome to pay in advance. We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and personal check. More information about payment will be shared once a session is scheduled.
